When you use our Client Portal, we collect:

- Project details and briefs you submit
- Messages exchanged through the portal
- Files and assets you upload
We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

We use your data solely to:
- Manage and deliver your project
- Communicate with you about your order
- Process invoices and payments
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data storage & security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Vercel Inc. (United States). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law.

Under the LPD and GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability (receive your data in a common format)
